According to developer Yang Bing, the game has been specifically optimized for PS5. Thanks to the SSD, load times are extremely short, allowing for seamless transitions between exploration and combat. On PC, players can expect 4K graphics, ray tracing, high frame rates, and HDR for richer contrast and colors.

The story of Lost Soul Aside

In Lost Soul Aside, you play as Kaser, who sets out on a mission to find his missing sister Louisa. What begins as a personal rescue soon escalates into a battle for the fate of humanity.

Louisa’s soul has been stolen by the Voidrax—interdimensional invaders who feed on the energy of other species’ souls. With the help of Arena, a dragon-like creature that grants him powerful new abilities, Kaser must travel across different worlds to stop the Voidrax.

4K and HDR

The game runs in native 4K resolution (3840×2160), supports multi-monitor setups, and delivers stunning image quality through HDR. Contrasts, shadows, and neon lighting are rendered with great detail.

Ray tracing effects

Ray tracing includes reflections on surfaces such as water, armor, and weapons, realistic global illumination, and high-resolution soft shadows. Thanks to DLSS 4, FSR, and frame generation, smooth 4K performance at 60 FPS is possible even on slightly older high-end hardware.

PlayStation account integration

Players can link their PlayStation Network account with the PC version. This ensures all trophies earned on PC sync automatically with your PSN profile—and vice versa—keeping your platinum hunt consistent across platforms.
