- Christmas event: A limited-time event featuring festively decorated parks, themed stalls, and gifts. Visit the main parks in each city, decorated for the holidays, until January 31, 2026 to get into the festive spirit.
- Business management: With this update, you can now open and run your own businesses. Choose your business type, hire staff, and increase your business value to attract more customers. Take on tasks ranging from staff management to customer satisfaction.
- Criminal careers: Not all Zois have to live an honest life. The update makes it possible to pursue a criminal career as a thief or con artist. However, a life of crime comes with consequences. If you get caught, you will end up in court, and the outcome of the trial depends on your decisions.
Additional changes include improved multitasking and group actions for a more natural daily routine for Zois. Desires and emotions have also been reworked to feel even more realistic and varied. On top of that, new skills such as baking and mixing drinks have been added.
Over 200 new items and improved features
The inZoi update v0.5.0 not only adds major new features but also delivers a wealth of fresh content. More than 200 new items have been added in total. In the “Create a Zoi” section, there are 62 new winter-themed outfits, along with new hairstyles and accessories. The building category has also been expanded with 173 new objects, including festive decorations and furniture. Most of these can be unlocked by taking part in the Christmas event.
Alongside the new content, many existing systems have been improved. The user interface is now clearer, with new filters and optimized menus. Mouse and keyboard controls have also been refined.
Building has received helpful additions such as a staircase and window assistant. Object prices and performance values have been rebalanced, and usability has been improved with clearer icons. Overall, update v0.5.0 promises an even deeper and more varied gameplay experience in the life simulation inZoi. The developers have also announced plans to further expand some of the new systems, such as the crime mechanics, in future updates.
