Developer Arrowhead Game Studios has revealed the next Premium Warbond for the co-op shooter Helldivers 2. Titled “Entrenched Division,” the extensive content package launches on March 17, 2026 and focuses on close-quarters combat and trench warfare. The new items can be purchased on PlayStation 5, PC and Xbox Series X|S through the in-game Acquisitions Shop and unlocked through gameplay progression.

What New Weapons Does “Entrenched Division” Offer?

The centerpiece of the Warbond is a selection of new weapons designed for short-range combat and area control. The B/FLAM-80 Cremator is a heavy flamethrower with a large fuel backpack that can unleash a continuous stream of fire. The SMG/FLAM-34 Heizer combines a submachine gun with an integrated incendiary attachment, offering two attack options in a single weapon.

For controlling larger areas, the A/GM-17 Gas Mortar Sentry is available, an automated turret that fires gas grenades. The arsenal is complemented by the P-69 Veto, a secondary pistol using jet-propelled rounds, as well as the G-48 Gigagrenade, a particularly heavy throwable with a large blast radius.

There is also an unusual addition: the CQC-73 Entrenching Tool. A shovel that can be equipped directly in your loadout as a regular secondary weapon. This means you will be able to carry a dedicated melee tool as part of your standard equipment for the first time.

Armor with New Passive Effects

Alongside the weapons, the Warbond also includes two new armor sets. The medium CPG-48 Pioneer features the passive effect “Concussive Padding – Grenadier,” which provides additional protection against explosive damage and allows the carrying of additional throwable weapons. The light CPH-26 Commander includes the passive effect “Concussive Padding – Hazard Specialist,” which protects against both explosions and gas while also reducing sidearm recoil.

What Cosmetic Items Are Included?

The “Entrenched Division” Warbond also introduces several cosmetic items. These include new capes, player cards, as well as a vehicle and weapon paint scheme in traditional olive green that can be applied to Hellpods, SAF vehicles, Pelican transports and exosuits. Additionally, the “Diplomatic Handshake” emote and the player title “Mudskipper” are included.
