With the “Wishblossom Ranch” expansion, Snow White comes to Disney Dreamlight Valley. We’ll show you how to unlock her.
With the “Wishblossom Ranch” expansion, another Disney classic makes its way into Disney Dreamlight Valley: Princess Snow White. She brings new quests, mounts, ranch elements, and characters to the game. Here, you’ll learn step by step how to unlock Snow White and what awaits you on the Wishblossom Ranch.
How To Unlock Snow White: What You Need For The Quest
Snow White is part of the paid “Wishblossom Ranch” DLC. You’ll need to purchase the add-on first to gain access to the new area. After buying it, new messages will be waiting in your in-game mailbox.
These contain various rewards and hints, including:
- An outfit for your avatar
- Cosmetic items for your first horse
- 5,000 Moonstones
- An invitation to the Wishblossom Ranch
Before you can start the expansion, you need to complete a few main quests in the base game:
- The Dream Castle (Merlin)
- Friendship Is Everything (Merlin)
- Making Cents Of Things (Scrooge McDuck)
- Fishing Expedition (Goofy)
- The Great Reopening (Scrooge McDuck)
Once these tasks are done, you can open the letter “Free Vacation To The Wishblossom Ranch”, claim your train ticket, and head out to the new region.
The Path To The Wishblossom Ranch
Go to the Dream Castle and walk up the left staircase to the realm harbor. There, you’ll find a big train that takes you straight into the new DLC area. As soon as you arrive at the station, you’ll meet Snow White, who greets you warmly.
How To Unlock Snow White: How To Start The Quest “A Welcoming Invitation”
In this introductory quest, you’ll find out what happened to the ranch while Snow White was away.
Step 1: The Cave And Your First Horse
Behind Snow White there’s a path leading to a cave. Inside, you’ll find a withered Wishing Flower. Talk to it – this causes your first horse to appear, which you can customize right away. You can:
- Adjust eye color, coat pattern, mane, tail, and hooves
- Give the animal a name
You can change these customizations at any time later on.
Step 2: Driving Away The Bees
Back with Snow White, you need to open up the path to the other side. To do this, you have to move the flower cart to draw the bees away. Walk into the cart and hold the left stick – the insects will fly off and the way across the bridge will be clear.
Step 3: Finding Clues
Snow White now asks you to gather clues to find out what happened on the ranch. Here’s where you’ll find the four pieces of evidence:
- A note to the left of the Wishing Well
- A note by the windmill behind the fence near the water
- A note at the stable after you’ve moved another flower cart to drive away the bees
- A feather in the pen behind the stable
Step 4: Repairing The Stable
Once you’ve found all the clues, follow the princess. Interact with the sign behind her to repair the stable – the first repair doesn’t cost any materials. After that, the quest “A Welcoming Invitation” is completed and the next mission starts automatically.
Second Quest: “Tales Of A Broken Heart”
In this follow-up quest, Snow White leads you through new areas of the ranch. Crystals block your way – you can destroy them using your horse:
- Ride up close
- Press X on PlayStation or A on Xbox to smash them
Beyond the obstacle, you’ll enter a cave where you have to find three more crystals. They’re located on different paths around the glowing Wishing Flower.

At the end, you’ll meet Tinker Bell, although you can’t invite her as a neighbor just yet. She asks you for Pixie Dust, which you can obtain by galloping through glowing brush with your horse.
After completing these tasks, return to the Wishblossom Ranch. Speak with Scrooge and build Snow White’s house for 2,500 Gold in any spot you like.
Snow White As A Neighbor
Once the house is built, Snow White finally becomes part of your village. From now on, you can level up her friendship, give her gifts, and unlock new dialogues. In addition, more Disney characters will appear on the ranch, bringing new quests and rewards.
Bonus: What Your Horse Can Do
The horse plays a central role in this DLC. With it, you can:
- Jump, gallop, and overcome obstacles
- Move flower carts
- Feed it, brush it, and pet it
- Destroy obstacles like crystals
This not only makes the Wishblossom Ranch feel more alive, but also adds more variety to the gameplay.
