In the Terminus Range of Borderlands 4, you’ll once again discover a Vault that can only be opened with three special Vault Key Fragments. This time, your destination is the Arc of Origo. Expect plenty of enemies and a boss fight before you can claim your reward. To save you some time, we’ve listed all fragment locations in the Terminus Range below.

How many Vault Key Fragments are there in total?

There are nine fragments in total throughout the game. Three of them are required per region to form a complete key. This allows you to unlock three Vaults in total. When you’re near a fragment, a radar will appear on the right side of your screen — the fuller the bars, the closer you are.

  • Use the balloon to glide to a nearby cliff.
  • The fragment awaits inside the cave there.

Vault Location and Rewards

Once you’ve gathered all three fragments, you can assemble the complete Vault Key of Origo. The Vault itself is located in the Low Leys, west of Belton’s Bore. From the respawn point there, follow the road north until you spot a cave across a small gap on the left – that’s your destination.

After defeating the Vault boss, you’ll permanently upgrade your Glide Pack – reducing its recharge delay and allowing for longer, smoother glides. You’ll also gain an increased chance to find legendary loot.
