As the samurai Yasuke, you can pursue a total of four romance options in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. We’ll explain how to win over Lady Oichi, Rin, Hori Hidemasa, and Ibuki, and which unique rewards you’ll receive for each romance.
Yasuke’s Romance Options: What You Need to Know
To start a romance, you must select dialogue options marked with a heart icon during conversations. Each character requires a different number of romance points. After successfully completing a romance, you’ll receive a special keepsake for your hideout bedroom.
- Important: Romance options are disabled in Canon Mode, as you cannot choose dialogue options.
Romancing Lady Oichi
The mysterious noblewoman is initially reserved, but careful flirting allows Yasuke to grow closer to her. As a special sign of your bond, the loyal dog Fuji-maru will move into your hideout.

Romancing Rin
The skilled archer can be romanced by selecting several positive dialogue options and supporting her during key moments. After completing her romance, her portrait will decorate your bedroom.

Romancing Hori Hidemasa
The proud samurai expects Yasuke to prove his worth. His romance is straightforward but meaningful, and rewards you with the helmet he gifts as a symbol of respect.

Romancing Ibuki
The free-spirited ronin opens up after selecting several romantic dialogue options. As a symbol of your connection, you receive the “Perfect Blue Anemone” for your hideout.
