The free-to-play building game Heartopia by XD Games has surpassed 30 million downloads worldwide. To celebrate, a new limited-time event featuring outfits and building materials is now live.
The free-to-play title Heartopia by XD Games has officially crossed the 30 million downloads mark worldwide. To celebrate this milestone, players can claim a free in-game gift pack until May 29, as announced by the Shanghai-based publisher on April 4, 2026. Here’s what rewards you can expect and what other extras are included.
New Event: Whimsical Tea Party
XD Games is also launching a new limited-time event called the Whimsical Tea Party, a Gilded Acorn Exhibition running from March 4 to May 29. During the event, players can unlock new outfits and building materials. Highlights include the Wandering Traveler outfit and the Duke Bunny outfit, each available in three color variants. Also included are the Labyrinth furniture and building materials set, a hedgehog and flamingo racket, and a Cheshire Cat pet costume.
Reduced Prices and Refunds
Alongside the new content, prices for certain items have also been permanently reduced. All original pet costumes now cost 66.7 percent less than before. Players who purchased one of these costumes at the old price by March 22, 2026 will automatically receive a refund for the price difference around April 4. Those who made a purchase between March 23 and April 4, 2026 will receive their refund before April 10.
In addition to the Whimsical Tea Party, several other events are currently running in Heartopia. The Dreamlight Cinematics Festival runs until May 1, 2026, and the collaboration with Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf is available until April 26.
