Resident Evil 9: Requiem – Story and Protagonist Details
In Resident Evil 9: Requiem, you play as Grace Ashcroft, an FBI agent and the daughter of reporter Alyssa Ashcroft, known from Resident Evil Outbreak. The story trailer shows Grace investigating a string of mysterious deaths before being assigned to a new case by her superior: a hotel where her mother was murdered. There, she’s forced to confront her past.
The story takes players back to Raccoon City, now completely in ruins. The trailer highlights iconic locations from earlier entries, including the mansion from the original Resident Evil and the infamous Raccoon City Police Station from Resident Evil 2— recognizable only by its signature statues.
