Find all notes for “The Truth About the Tsuneki Family” in Silent Hill f
All notes in the Corridors
In the library within the Corridors, you’ll find three notes in total.

The first Housemaid’s Note is on the floor between the shelves in the library’s first section. A few steps ahead, on a small table in front of a shelf on the left, you’ll find the first Family Physician’s Log. The second Family Physician’s Log is on the floor between some boxes on the right.
All Notes in the Main Hall
In the chapter “Plucked Wings,” you’ll pick up three notes while making your way through the Ritual Chambers. The Main Hall has many open chambers with two types of doors you can’t open at first. As the story progresses, you’ll undergo two rituals that grant you the power to open them.
The third Family Physician’s Log is in a small side room at the southern end of the Main Hall’s ground floor. You can reach it before the rituals. For the second Housemaid’s Note, you’ll need to complete the first ritual to open the door to its location. It’s in the westernmost room of the Main Hall ground floor.
For the fourth Family Physician’s Log, you must have finished the second ritual. Only then can you open the secret doors on the Main Hall’s ground floor. The log dated February 16 is in a hidden office south of where you found the Maid note. Use your power to open the secret door behind the blood-smeared marking.
All notes in Ebisugaoka on the way to the Shimizu Residence
On the road to the Shimizu Residence, you’ll find three Strict Mother’s Letters across Kuzunodai 1-chome, Iwashimizu, and Ebisugaoka-honmachi. Keep your eyes peeled as you move through town. Circle every house, check every dead end, and comb through every backyard. Some notes are well hidden and only reveal themselves if you look closely.

The first letter is at a hidden shrine off the main path. At the fork toward Shu’s house, turn left (west) and climb the stairs.
You’ll find the second letter in the first city section, in the front yard of a small house with a pond. The letter is on the ground by the front door, among red spider lilies. The house is north of the playground where Hinako has a vision.
The third letter is to the right of a save shrine among the plants by a house. To reach the shrine, slip into the small side alley to the right just before the bulletin board with the kitchen knife stuck in it. A few steps ahead, you’ll encounter one of the large birthing monsters.
All notes in the Dark Shrine
The Dark Shrine holds five notes in total. There’s no map for this area, and you’ll need to find the notes during your first run through its shifting rooms. Because of that, we’ve detailed the locations in our walkthrough for the mural puzzle. By the end of this section, you’ll have collected every note needed for the Tsuneki trophy in Silent Hill f.
