Silent Hill f launches on September 25, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. The release date was officially confirmed during the State of Play on June 4, 2025.
The game is a purely single-player experience. There are no co-op or multiplayer modes.
Throughout the game, you’ll make key decisions that can lead to five different endings. A New Game Plus mode adds altered boss fights and enemies for replayability.
Silent Hill f combines action-oriented melee combat with classic horror elements. Fights rely on stamina, counter, and focus mechanics, while puzzles remain an essential part of the experience, closely tied to Hinako’s inner fears. For those who prefer, there’s also an optional Story Mode with reduced difficulty.
