The new patch resolves numerous issues and re-enables crossplay on Xbox, meaning all platforms are now once again running on the same version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-more-than-100-bug-fixes\">More than 100 bug fixes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the patch notes dated December 16, the team identified and eliminated several causes of desyncs that had previously led to connection issues between platforms. The update also fixes crashes during game startup, stuttering in larger battles, and performance drops on Intel GPUs. In addition, the save menu was reworked after a Windows update caused it to stop functioning under certain conditions due to blocked access to the \u201cDocuments\u201d folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-list\"><ul class=\"advgblist-4aa01c7d-e477-4541-aa3b-8c31c9c430a1 advgb-list advgb-list-admin-post\">\n<li><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/space4games.com\/en\/games-en\/anno-117-pax-romana-dlcs-all-details-prices-and-whats-in-the-year-1-pass\/\">Anno 117: Pax Romana \u2013 All details on DLCs, pricing, and the contents of the Year 1 Pass<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In total, more than 100 individual issues were addressed, including missing deities in the religion menu, broken blueprints for slot-based buildings, invisible priest models, and incorrect construction costs for gates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AI behavior was also adjusted, particularly when settling new islands or launching invasions. In multiplayer, the user interface was improved and a confirmation dialog was added when overwriting save files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-new-art-book-and-soundtrack-on-vinyl\">New art book and soundtrack on vinyl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of gameplay, the patch doesn\u2019t add new features, but it does include a revised map generation system designed to prevent missing islands. Several smaller UI issues were also fixed, such as incorrect icons, tooltips, and production chains in menus. The display of unit morale states was updated as well\u2014banners will now flash when morale is low.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the patch, Ubisoft announced several community-focused initiatives. These include an <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3MIuszK\">official art book<\/a>* featuring more than 200 pages of concept art, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/lnk.to\/anno-117-vinyl\">game\u2019s soundtrack on vinyl<\/a>. A livestream with the audio team has also been released, offering behind-the-scenes insights into the game\u2019s music and sound design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anno-union.com\/de\/updates\/anno-117-pax-romana-patch-1-3\/\">patch<\/a> is available now on all three platforms.
