Chapter 3 features some of the most intense puzzle sequences in Silent Hill: Townfall. You’ll need to treat a patient, administer the correct medication dosages, and perform an intubation. Here’s the walkthrough.
The first major section takes place in the operating room and hospital. Dr. Glenn gives you instructions over the intercom. Later, the medical center changes, and you’ll need to find several blood bags and match them to the correct patients.
- Chapter 3 consists of the sections The Patient and Many Into One. You can find the complete Silent Hill: Townfall chapter overview here.
Find the Correct Vital Signs
Once you reach the operating room, Dr. Glenn contacts you over the intercom and asks for the patient’s vital signs. The problem: Several devices around the patient display different readings. You can find clues on the laptop, or simply follow the walkthrough below.

Blood Pressure
Facing the patient from the foot of the bed, move to the patient’s right side and examine the first device. The correct blood pressure is: 70/40
Pulse
You’ll find the correct pulse reading at the patient’s right leg: 162
Blood Oxygen
Next, move to the patient’s head and examine the device on the left side. The correct reading is: 80
For the next step, you need to contact Dr. Glenn using the pager. Enter the following number: 7103. This gives you access to the next stage of the treatment.
Set Up the X-Ray Correctly
Dr. Glenn’s door code gives you access to the X-ray machine in the adjacent room. At the monitor, you first need to align the beam correctly. Adjust the zoom until the displayed squares line up exactly. You can find the required exposure settings in the X-ray dosage chart on the small laptop in the operating room.

Skull
Use the following settings:
- kV: 3
- mA: 7
- Time: 1
Upper Body
Use the following settings:
- kV: 7
- mA: 3
- Time: 1.2
Complete both scans to continue the treatment.
Find Tensobromide, Hydroxalen, and Dextracyclate
Dr. Glenn now sends you to retrieve three medications in specific dosages: Tensobromide, Hydroxalen, and Dextracyclate.
Tensobromide
You’ll find the Tensobromide in a medical case inside the medication storage room on the ground floor of the West Wing.

Hydroxalen and Dextracyclate
Head upstairs and read the emails at the reception desk. The message “Daily Notes – Infusion Status” tells you that Hydroxalen is located in the office on Chapman Ward upstairs and that Dextracyclate is at Bay 6.

However, the Hydroxalen there has the wrong dosage. Instead, you need the correct syringe from the locked records room one floor below. You’ll find the door code upstairs. Go to the back office opposite Bay 6. The relevant note is pinned to the bulletin board next to the desk. The code is: 2605. Return to the records room on the ground floor of the West Wing (Chapman Ward) and unlock the door.
Set the Correct Medication Dosages
Once you have all three medications, return to the operating room. You can check the correct dosages on the laptop. First, you need the patient’s body weight, which is written on the whiteboard to the left of the patient.
Then set the following values:
- Tensobromide: 8
- Hydroxalen: 7
- Dextracyclate: 15
Insert the medications into the appropriate devices and enter the correct rate for each one. Then activate the pump on the left side at the head of the bed.
Find the Intubation Equipment in the Basement
Next, you’re asked to retrieve the intubation equipment. First, go to reception and call the storage room. The elevator will then be sent to you. You’ll find it just around the corner on the right. Take it down to the basement and follow the corridor west. The storage room is behind the last door on the right.
- Warning: A monster is lurking outside the room.

You can either distract the monster using the radio in the kitchen on the left or lure it away by throwing a bottle. Then enter the storage room and squeeze between the shelves. You’ll find the intubation equipment behind them.
How to Intubate the Patient Correctly
Back in the operating room, a skill check begins. Pay attention to the direction shown by the indicator. If the arrow points right, for example, move the right stick very slowly to the right. If the arrow points diagonally up and to the left, carefully move the stick up and to the left. The key is not to push too far in the indicated direction.
As soon as the indicator starts flashing, hold R2 or RT until it fills completely with white. You can tell whether the step worked by Dr. Glenn’s reaction. If he says “Focus, Nurse” and the patient spits up blood, your movement was incorrect.
