Find Alan Duncan’s Blood Bag and Open the S.W. Door

In Medical Center – Different, you need to find several blood bags. The two areas are initially blocked by doors marked S.W. and D.P. To open the S.W. door, you need Alan Duncan’s Blood Bag. You’ll find it in the first room on the right side of the eastern corridor.

Sarah Watson and Lesley Greer: Find the Blood Bags in Wards S/W

Climb down the ladder behind the S.W. door into Ward S. You’ll find Sarah Watson’s Blood Bag in Room 05. Then use the stairwell to continue down to Ward W.

  • Warning: A monster appears here that you cannot kill, and it will instantly kill you on contact.

First, head to Room 04. The Ward W Master Key is lying on the desk. Use it to open Room 13. From there, use the ladder and the hole in the wall to reach Lesley Greer’s Blood Bag. You can then use it to open the D.P. door.

George McEwan and Matthew Clark: Find the Blood Bags in Wards D/P

First, lure the monster away from Room 03 with a bottle and head inside. Room 03 is connected to Room 09 below it. Activate the elevator switch. This sends M.C.’s body down one floor. Outside, next to the stairs, you’ll find a vent. Crawl through it and make your way through Room 06 to Room 07. Drop into the pit there.

You’ll land in Room 10. There you’ll find George McEwan’s Blood Bag and the Ward P Master Key. Leave the room and use the key to open Room 03. You’ll then find Matthew Clark’s Blood Bag in the elevator shaft.

You’ll then find Matthew Clark’s Blood Bag in the elevator shaft. When the gates outside close, crawl through the vent into Room 02 and head from there to the stairs leading to Ward D. The large monster appears again here.

Solve the Ordell Transfusion Door Puzzle: Simon’s Blood Type

Another blood transfusion puzzle awaits behind the door. First, you need to determine Simon’s blood type. Open your inventory and examine Simon Ordell’s Medical Wristband, which you’ve been carrying since the beginning of the game. It shows: A+

Silent Hill: Townfall – A metal plaque displays the blood groups A+, O-, O+ and A- as a clue for the transfusion puzzle.

The plaques on the wall show you the compatible blood types. Someone with A+ can receive red blood cells from A+, A−, O+, and O−. Now examine the available blood bags. Three patients have compatible blood types:

  • Sarah Watson – A+
  • Thomas Fergusson – O+
  • Hannah McGregor – O−

Rotate the rings so that S.W., T.F., and H.M. connect directly to Simon Ordell in the center. Then move the cursor onto Ordell and confirm the transfusion. This completes the major final puzzle of Chapter 3.
