Four Exosuits instead of two, and each brings its own playstyle into the fight. The new Warbond “Exo Experts” in Helldivers 2 gives you more control and significantly more firepower.
Exosuits have been part of your tactical options in Helldivers 2 for a while now, but the selection has been limited. With the new Warbond “Exo Experts”, that changes noticeably. Instead of just two available mechs, you will soon have access to four different models, each taking on its own role in combat. The update launches on April 28 and also introduces additional weapons, armor, and tactical options to the game.

New Exosuits bring more firepower and control
The focus is clearly on the new combat suits. The EXO-51 Lumberer is a modern reinterpretation of a classic and combines an anti-tank cannon with a flamethrower. In other words, you can take down heavy targets first and then burn through the rest.
Slightly more defensive, but no less dangerous, is the EXO-55 Breakthrough. Equipped with a flak cannon and a ballistic shield, it lets you stand your ground even against the toughest enemies while maintaining constant pressure.
Alongside the Exos, there are also new weapons for infantry use. The MGX-42 Bullet Storm is a disposable multi-barrel machine gun with serious penetration. The SMG-203 Gallant offers a high rate of fire with improved armor penetration. The P-20 Missile Pistol relies on guided rockets with a lock-on function, adding a new playstyle to your arsenal.
New armor and extras for deployment
The update also expands your gear options. The O-2 Heavy Operator is aimed at players who regularly handle heavy machinery, while the O-3 Free Spirit, with its SteerComfort system, is designed to give you a more direct feel for the Exosuit.
Both armor sets come with the Oxygenator perk, slightly increasing your mobility. You can run faster, slide more efficiently, and move more fluidly overall in combat. On top of that, new capes, cosmetic patterns, as well as emotes and titles let you show off your status as an Exo specialist.
